Elizabeth May visits Acadia during Campus Sustainability Week 2013
As part of Campus Sustainability Week 2013 and the innaugual Atlantic Youth Environmental Council conference Elizabeth May, renowned environmentalist and leader of the Green Party of Canada, visited Acadia. She spoke to a large audience of students, staff, faculty and community members about the state of democracy in Canada and called for urgent action on the environment.
