Local and organic food and beverage was featured in the Winter Food Bag Pop-up for Acadia students held on March 6th 12:30pm-2:30pm. The student food assistance program is a partnership initiative with Organic Nova Scotia.

Acadia University is pleased to present the President's Panel on Zero Hunger: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Sustainable Development on Monday November 27th, 2023. The event is a showcase of Acadia research, teaching, and service from the Faculties of Arts, Professional Studies, and Pure and Applied Science with a focus on United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (UNSDG) #2 Zero Hunger.

The Acadia Sustainability Office launched a new student education and engagement program on November 1st. The Acadia SDG Passport Challenge Program will help students learn more about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals on campus and in the community.
